Your course evaluation packets have been placed in your mailboxes.
Please double check to make sure the information on the BubbleForm is correct and that you have all the student forms that you need.
The bubbleform must be returned with the student response forms for processing.
Return all forms to Deb's office (257) or mailbox. Please return these asap so that processing will not be delayed. If you have any question about the reliability of the student who will be delivering the evals, it isn't a bad idea to walk along to make sure the packet gets to the correct mailbox.
Once the processed forms are returned to CMCL, you are welcome to review them and make copies. Assistant instructors' evals are filePublish Postd in Kathy's office.
